Pend Oreille County wants bigger piece of wealth from Seattle's dam
Bob and Myrna Miller, who are 71 and 68, work 14-hour days running a restaurant near the Boundary Dam in Metaline. They noticed a drop-off in business the day that Teck Cominco announced it would close a nearby mine, and they worry about paying their mortgage in the economic downturn.
