North Korea says it will cut key military hotline

South Korean conservative activists in Seoul burn cutout pictures of North Korean national founder the late Kim Il Sung, right, and late leader Kim Jong Il during a rally to mark Tuesday's third anniversary of the sinking of the naval ship Cheonan, which killed 46 South Korean sailors. An explosion ripped apart the 1,200-ton warship, killing 46 sailors near the maritime border with North Korea in 2010.
