When Joe and Manny Hadlock bought property in Woodinville, it came with a dilapidated barn. In 1977, with the help of friends and musicians, they jacked up the building, put in a new foundation and started using the barn as a studio. To make more room for recording loud rock drummers, Bear Creek built an addition in 1993-94.
