Questions over safety of children who died: Schools had no shelters

Monday’s tornado, more than a mile wide with winds topping 200 mph, destroyed Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, Okla., killing seven students. Neither Plaza Tower nor another damaged school at the southern edge of Oklahoma City had reinforced storm shelters.
