Canadian blast revives complaints of rupture-prone rail cars

The Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway train broke loose early Saturday and sped downhill nearly seven miles before jumping the tracks in Lac-Mégantic, Quebec. All but one of the 73 cars were carrying oil. At least five exploded. Fifteen people were killed and dozens are missing.
