The team that makes restaurateur Tom Douglas run

Jackie Cross drives through the fields at Prosser Farm. In season, you’ll find her tending tomatoes (for Greek salad at Lola) and peppers (for Serious Pie’s pizza). She plants zinnias to attract bees and relies on help from her dad, Jim Cross, and his wife, Sharon, who live on the farm year-round.
