Happily unhip West Seattle attracts a new crowd

Najat Siye gets groceries at the High Point Mini Market, a small neighborhood grocery that sells halal meats and spices for the local Muslim community. The market opened two years ago, one of many signs of African-immigrant influence in the culturally diverse High Point neighborhood.
