Chef Jerry Traunfeld gets a new and vastly improved kitchen

Chef Jerry Traunfeld finally has the kitchen he’s always wanted: open, comfortable, tools close at hand, and with a view that’s not too bad, either. The dining nook behind him holds shelves packed with cookbooks: “Asian Dumplings,” “Pickles and Preserves,” “Momofuku,” “Classic Indian Cooking.” The new spaces were designed by Jeff Pelletier of Board and Vellum.
