Can cranes, trucks save cherished elephants?

In this photo taken Monday and distributed by the International Fund for Animal Welfare, a tranquilized elephant is loaded on a truck near the town of Daloa in western Ivory Coast. Conservationists are capturing and relocating elephants forced out of their traditional habitat by encroaching humans, in the first such operation attempted in Africa's forests.
