Skagit gun shop may have been worst in U.S.

Auctioneers from the James G. Murphy Co. sold more than 800 firearms from the Kesselring Gun Shop during a two-day auction held recently in Sedro-Woolley. The violation-prone gun shop stayed in business for years because the ATF is underfunded and understaffed, officials say.
