Is parasitic disease why African women are vulnerable to HIV?

Women collect water from a stream in Ndwedwe, KwaZulu/Natal Province, South Africa. A team of Norwegian gynecologists believes that African women are more vulnerable to HIV because of an undiagnosed parasitic disease caused by worms picked up in infested river water.
