Carla, 9, Rosie, 12, and Poncho, 14, service dogs that live with their owners on Seattle’s Beacon Hill, hang out on Pine Street in front of
Nordstrom Wednesday afternoon and posed for photos for passers-by. Carla, all 2.8 pounds, is the daughter of Rosie and Poncho. Poncho is a seizure-alert dog; Rosie and Carla provide emotional support. The three Chihuahuas often can be seen with their owners at the Pike Place Market.
