Give every room a role when staging your home for sale

A smallish bedroom with no closet space is turned into a plus by staging it as a home office. A pair of trestle legs and a slab door top from a home-improvement store will suffice, or repurpose furniture from a graduated college kid’s room. If there’s a small closet in the room outfit it with shelves.
