Downtown Seattle's WaMu Center — now officially Chase Center — was among a portfolio of 23 office buildings around the country that investment bank Houlihan Lokey put up for sale last week on behalf of owner JPMorgan Chase.

The listing had been widely anticipated; JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said in Seattle last week that the firm hoped to sell the 42-story tower "as soon as possible."
