NEW YORK —

Molson Coors Brewing Co. on Monday said it will begin selling Coors Light in Trinidad and Tobago this month.

The brewer said Trinidad and Tobago is the fourth-largest beer market within the Caribbean and has the highest per-capita consumption in the region. Coors Light is now available in 10 countries across the Caribbean.

Molson Coors said it is working with NWT Enterprises to distribute the drink.

The company said the new market is part of its larger global expansion strategy; it is also introducing the product in Costa Rica and Curacao Bonair during the year.

Coors Light is available in more than 25 countries worldwide.

Shares of Molson Coors fell 33 cents to close at $44.73 Monday.
