Gannett keeps dividend at 4 cents a share

Newspaper publisher Gannett Co. said Tuesday it is leaving its quarterly dividend at 4 cents per share.

MCLEAN, Va. —

Newspaper publisher Gannett Co. said Tuesday it is leaving its quarterly dividend at 4 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid July 1 to shareholders on record as of June 4.

Gannett shares were down 75 cents, or 4.3 percent, to $16.54 in afternoon trading amid broader market losses Tuesday.
