Boeing's 2010 order count for the 787 Dreamliner went negative as the company lost 15 commitments for the new plane.

Boeing's 2010 order count for the 787 Dreamliner went negative for the first time as the company lost 15 commitments for the new plane.

In all, Boeing lost 25 wide-body orders and one 737 order this week, while adding two other 737 orders, according to the weekly update of its website Thursday.

For the year, the Dreamliner order book has shrunk by four; total net airplane orders for the year are 255, driven by 229 commitments for single-aisle 737s.
