Concur Chief Executive Steve Singh is going to need a bigger office to hold all of his awards.

The latest is chief executive of the year, an award presented by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) during its 17th annual awards event Thursday night.

Singh co-founded the Redmond expense-management-software firm, which has been on a roll lately.

During fiscal 2011 it began expanding through investments and overseas partnerships, grew sales 19 percent and topped Forbes' list of the most-innovative growth companies. Singh also was named one of the 25 most influential executives by Business Travel Magazine.

The WTIA awards were chosen by a local industry panel.

"The selection process was incredibly difficult, as the finalists represented a deep field of talented technologists, entrepreneurs and great companies. We congratulate them all," WTIA Chief Executive Susan Sigl said in a release. "Our great state continues to be a hotbed of innovation where those who are passionate about technology are building amazing companies, products and services."

Other winners announced at the WTIA event at the Showbox SoDo were:

• Technology Accelerator of the Year: Founders Co-op, a seed-stage investment fund in Seattle that focuses on Web and mobile opportunities.

Best Seed Stage Company of the Year: Zipline Games, Seattle-based creator of the Moai mobile game-development platform.

Best Early Stage Company of the Year: BigDoor, which offers a "gamified" loyalty platform that companies use to build traffic and sales through "social rewards."

Commercial Product or Service of the Year: A tie between SEOmoz Pro, a collection of online-marketing tools and services, and Skytap Cloud, a service providing a computing environment for online-software development, testing and demonstrations.

Consumer Product or Service of the Year: DocuSign Ink, an online, electronic-signature service.

Technology Leader of Tomorrow Scholarship: Gizan Gando, of Seattle's Asa Mercer Middle School.
