Christa Chambers was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer at Kemper Development, Bellevue.

In her role, Chambers will oversee financial operations for the company's holdings, including Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place and Lincoln Square.

Chambers is a graduate of the School of Business at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma.

Banking: Bill Weiand was promoted to senior vice president and regional manager of commercial banking at Union Bank's new Bellevue office.

Consulting: Michelle Zeiser was named national sales manager at Ombrella Consulting, Kirkland.

Design: Jessica Kottke joined the business-development team as marketing coordinator and Bonnie Duncan was promoted to associate at SRG Partnership in Seattle.

Estate planning: Patricia Char, a partner with K&L Gates, was elected president of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle.

Financial services: Drew Wolff was named CFO and managing director at CameoWorks, Seattle.

Health care: John Gebhart was named chief operating officer at Qliance Medical Management, Seattle.

Law: William Neal joined Stokes Lawrence, Seattle. Margaret Cerrato-Blue rejoined the environmental practice group at Riddell Williams, Seattle.

Nonprofit: Cathy Danigelis, Pacific Northwest market manager for US Bank, became a board member at the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), Seattle, and Robin Amadon was named LIHI's housing development director.

Risk management: Aaron Weller joined the risk assurance practice as the managing director for Western Region at PwC, Seattle.

Tourism: Anne Clarke joined the Snohomish County Tourism Bureau as group sales manager.
