Warehouses slated on former Boeing land in Kent

Developers IDS Real Estate Group and Clarion Partners bought 72 acres in Kent from Boeing Tuesday, and announced plans to start developing the property this year.
The purchase price, $21.1 million, includes a 123,000-square-foot office building.
IDS and Clarion said they will break ground this spring on two speculative warehouses totaling 438,000 square feet. The remaining property could accommodate up to 900,000 additional square feet, the companies said.
