Premiums for workers’ compensation insurance next year will increase by an average 2.7 percent, the state Department of Labor and Industries said Monday.
The first increase in three years is expected to bring additional premiums of $55 million.
L&I said individual employers could see their rates go up or down depending on claims for the company and its industry.
