James Keblas was named president of Creature, a Seattle-based creative agency known for its advertising and design.
Keblas had served for nine years as the director for the city of Seattle’s Office of Film + Music.
In addition to its office on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, Creature has an office in London.
Architecture:Pepe Valle joined Integrus Architecture in Seattle as project designer.
Associations:Lyset Cadena joined the Sound Cities Association as a senior policy analyst. Ken Smith, senior lecturer at the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington, was named president of the Seattle chapter of the Association of Government Accountants.
Banking:Debbie Balovich was promoted to vice president and manager of Seattle Bank’s Belltown Community Financial Center.
Construction:Jim Yowan was promoted to senior vice president, John Nowoj was promoted to vice president and general manager, and Michael Harder was promoted to vice president of operations at Mortenson Construction, Seattle.
Investing:David Greenfield joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Seattle as a financial adviser.
Law:Rachal Winger joined Lee & Hayes in Seattle.
Media technology:Steve Nieker was named chief operating officer at Snap Skout, Bellevue.
Public radio:Ben Wyatt was hired as major gift officer at 88.5 KPLU, Seattle-Tacoma.
Wealth management: Mary Black joined Morgan Stanley’s wealth-management office in Bellevue.
