Huskies' 2-Minute Drill
Huskies' Two-Minute Drill
Star of the game
Oregon looks set for years with the balanced talents of redshirt freshman quarterback Marcus Mariota, who completed 15 of 24 passes for 198 yards, and four touchdowns. He also added 40 yards rushing on seven carries.
Play of the game
When the Huskies were still hoping to make it competitive, quarterback Keith Price was intercepted by Avery Patterson, who returned it 43 yards for a score and a 21-0 Oregon lead.
Turning point
When the Huskies start helping the No. 2-ranked Ducks score, then it's all over. That was the case when Washington return man Marvin Hall fumbled a punt when the score was 0-0 and gave the Ducks the ball on the Huskies' 20-yard line. Two plays later the Ducks were in the end zone.
They said it
"You don't get to drop punts against these guys and you don't get to throw interceptions for touchdowns and you don't get to fumble." — Washington coach Steve Sarkisian.
Key stat
While both teams might have run the near same number of offensive plays, 77-76 in favor of UW, the Ducks gained 6.5 yards per play, compared to 4.6 for Washington.

Injury report
Washington tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins did not play in the second half after apparently suffering an ankle/foot injury when he was tackled after a 28-yard reception in the second quarter — UW's longest play of the night. Sarkisian after the game said he did not have an update on Seferian-Jenkins, and the school also has a new policy of not talking in detail about injuries. There were no other apparent injuries.
By the numbers
3 Consecutive games with more than 100 yards rushing for UW's Bishop Sankey.
497 Total offensive yards for Oregon, with a nice balance of 299 running, 198 passing.
10:36 The difference in time of possession, in UW's favor, but the Ducks are such quick-strike artists they don't need the ball long.
