World-class walls

To shield itself from repeated suicide attacks, Israel is building a 470-mile combination of razor wire, ditches, 25-foot concrete slabs and a 10-foot fence. The structure, expected to be completed in 2008, virtually has sealed off the Jewish state from its neighbors and has reduced the number of attacks dramatically.
