What's the worst car you've ever owned? A 1987 Volvo. It ran pretty good, but there was one time the sunroof almost came off and I had to drive 15 minutes holding it down with my hand.

What's the CD you own that would come as a shock to people? Panic! at the Disco

You've got a bar-code tattoo on your biceps? Yes, it's "Product of God" and also says "Made in Heaven." The numbers on the code are 7 15 4, which spells out God. [G is the seventh letter of the alphabet, O is the 15th and D is the fourth.]

What's the worst job you've ever had? It would have to be stocking a liquor store. It's the only other job I've ever had. That was back in high school.

Danny O'Neil

Offensive play of the day: Seneca Wallace completed a pinpoint perfect pass to tight end Jeb Putzier in the 11-on-11 portion of the morning practice. He arced the ball up and over linebacker Lance Laury, who was in coverage, and placed it perfectly in Putzier's hands. A few more passes like that, and people will be referencing Wallace's accuracy and not just his athleticism.

Defensive play of the day: Josh Wilson is a second-team cornerback, and he wrapped up the afternoon practice by diving in front of receiver Jordan Kent to bat down a pass.

Room to grow: Running back Julius Jones doesn't miss his role in the Cowboys offense, which receded the past two years. He does miss his training-camp digs with the Cowboys, though. He got his own suite at a Marriott hotel in Oxnard, Calif. The Seahawks are staying in dorm rooms at Northwest University. "Dorms are dorms," Jones said. "That's why I moved out of the dorm after my freshman year [at Notre Dame], illegally, but I did it."

Center of attention: Starter Chris Spencer did not practice Saturday, and backup Chris Gray left early in the afternoon practice with soreness in his back. That left Steve Vallos manning the middle for the first-team offense the rest of Saturday's workout. Spencer underwent offseason surgery and coach Mike Holmgren indicated that his practice will be monitored.
