NFL Quarterback-coach Combo | Staying together

Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and coach Mike Holmgren are beginning their eighth season together. Only five teams have a QB-coach combo that have been together for five years or more.

Only one NFL quarterback-coach combo has been together longer than the Seahawks' Matt Hasselbeck and Mike Holmgren. Donovan McNabb and coach Andy Reid came to the Philadelphia Eagles in 1999, two years before Hasselbeck's first start for the Seahawks.

Only five quarterbacks expected to be starters this season have played at least five seasons with their current head coach:
