Bobby Wagner file

Position: LB | Height: 6-0 | Weight: 241 | School: Utah State

Wagner not only started all four seasons he played at Utah State, but he played all three linebacker positions. Seattle's initial plans are to put him at the middle linebacker spot vacated when David Hawthorne signed with the New Orleans Saints in free agency. Wagner had 147 tackles as a senior. He is the highest draft choice out of Utah State since 1980 when DE Rulon Jones was chosen by Denver in the second round, No. 42 overall.

Russell Wilson file

Position: QB | Height: 5-10 | Weight: 206 | School: Wisconsin

Wilson played for three teams across two sports over the past two years. A junior captain at North Carolina State in 2010, he passed for 3,563 yards and 28 touchdowns. Wilson was released from his scholarship that spring after deciding he would pursue baseball. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the fourth round of the first-year player draft and played in the franchise's minor-league system before deciding to finish his college football career. He transferred to Wisconsin for his final season of eligibility. He was not required to sit out a year as a transfer because he was released from his scholarship and had graduated. He passed for 3,175 yards and 33 touchdowns with five interceptions, setting an NCAA record for passing efficiency while helping the Badgers reach the Rose Bowl.
