Cramped quarters

RENTON -- There's room for Ricardo Lockette on the Seahawks' practice squad.

There's just not much room in front of his locker. He can't even stretch out his legs thanks to the guidelines laid down -- in tape -- by veteran Roy Lewis.

Lockette is a rookie receiver from Fort Valley State -- the fastest wide receiver at the NFL scouting combine -- and while he didn't make the Seahawks' 53-man roster, he is an intriguing prospect added to the practice squad.

The locker room has been thinned out after Saturday's roster cut. Getting a little more room depends on what veteran you're sitting next to, though. Lewis carved out his own space. A ton of it, and then he was kind enough to take a picture so Lockette could show everyone, by posting it via Twitter.
