Aaron Curry raises eyebrows on Twitter

Posted by Danny O'Neil

Linebacker Aaron Curry did not start Game 3 at linebacker, and rookie K.J. Wright got most of the plays with the first-unit defense, leaving Curry mainly in a special-teams role.

Coach Pete Carroll was asked Monday if there's still a role for Curry on this team.

"Sure," Carroll said. "He's on our team. We're counting on him playing and contributing. He was involved in a number of different situations yesterday, so we'll see how it goes. I'm not sure what's going to happen this week. I don't have to know right now."

But the question of Curry's future is hanging out there, and he wound up broaching it on Twitter of all places.
