LB Aaron Curry starts in first game for Oakland

Curry thrilled with new team

Aaron Curry started Sunday for Oakland in his first game since being traded by the Seahawks. He finished with three tackles, and said afterward that he felt comfortable.

"I feel like this is a defense that allows me to utilize what I do best, which is run," Curry said, according to InsideBayArea.com. "They blitzed me one time but my best attribute is when the ball is snapped, who has the ball and go and get it and play smart."

Here's a transcript of Curry's Q&A with Raiders' reporters after he completed his first full practice with the team Friday.
