RENTON -- Mike Gibson took Russell Okung's spot on Seattle's 53-man roster.
Paul McQuistan will get first crack at replacing him in the lineup as he began working at left tackle when the the Seahawks returned to work on Tuesday afternoon with their first practice of the week. Lemuel Jeanpierre worked at right guard with the first unit while rookie Jarriel King practiced at left tackle with the second unit.
Gibson's addition gives Seattle some additional flexibility as he can play center.
Before, Seattle was reluctant to insert at Jeanpierre at right guard because he was the team's backup center.
