Portland rallies past Seattle U
The host Portland Pilots used a 15-3 run in the last 2:28 to beat the Seattle University women 70-63.

PORTLAND – The Portland Pilots used a late burst to beat Seattle University 70-63 on Sunday.
Seattle U (1-4) had a 60-55 lead with 2:28 remaining after a three-point play by Kacie Sowell, but Portland responded with a 15-3 run.
Taelor Ross scored a team-high 13 points for the Redhawks. Sowell contributed 12 points and 17 rebounds and Ashley Ward added 12 points.
Cassandra Brown led the Pilots (3-2) with 18 points.
UCLA knocks off No. 10 Oklahoma
LOS ANGELES – UCLA beat 10th-ranked Oklahoma 82-76 for its first victory over a ranked opponent in three attempts this season.
“We focused on our defense and we just got more possessions,” Bruins coach Cori Close said.
Atonye Nyingifa had career highs of 28 points and 16 rebounds and Nirra Fields added a career-best 17 points for UCLA (2-2). The Bruins had a 49-29 rebounding advantage, including 20-5 on the offensive boards.
In another game involving a Pac-12 team, Reshanda Gray had 23 points and 10 rebounds as 17th-ranked California beat Northwestern 65-51.
Cal officials said All-Pac-12 forward Gennifer Brandon has taken indefinite leave from the team for personal reasons.
In games involving top-five teams, No. 1 Connecticut routed St. Bonaventure 88-39; second-ranked Duke beat Marquette 78-61; No. 3 Tennessee downed Oakland of Michigan 84-50; and fourth-ranked Louisville defeated Florida State 69-59 in overtime.
