TOWSON, Md. —

Isaiah Philmore made a jumpshot with 0.3 seconds remaining to give Towson a 75-73 win over Western Michigan on Wednesday night.

Philmore's shot capped a 24-7 run by the Tigers (2-3), who trailed by 15, 66-51, with 10:19 left. Towson took a 72-71 lead with 1:53 to play, as part of the big run.

A free throw from Troy Franklin with 28 seconds left extended the Tigers' lead to two, 73-71. Mike Douglas tied it at 73 for Western Michigan on a layup with 14 seconds to play.

Philmore hit the game-winning jumper after Towson grabbed an offensive rebound off Franklin's jumper with 2 seconds remaining.
