Some excerpts from a recent conversation with actor C.S. Lee:
Q: So what can you tell us about Masuka and his love life?
A: We'll have to wait and see what naughtiness awaits.
Q: You played a geeky guy on a Nextel commercial. A geeky guy on "Dexter." A geeky guy on "Chuck." Are you worried about being typecast?
A: I'm the coolest guy on the commercial. The cool guy on "Chuck." Cool sexual deviant on "Dexter." What more can you ask? Typecast. What's that? Geeks rule the world.
Q: What's your acting dream role?
A: All of Chekhov's plays.
Q: What's on your TiVo?
A: Football. Golf. "Flight of the Conchords." "Entourage." "Weeds." Bill Maher. "Dexter," of course.
Q: What's the best movie about football?
A: Football movies suck. "Friday Night Lights" is pretty good though.
Q: Your favorite karaoke song? [He's an avowed fan.]
A: Anything by Journey. Air Supply is good.
Q: Speaking of Journey, what did you think of "The Sopranos" finale?
A: I loved it. I loved how ambiguous it was. Ambiguity is good. I've said to Michael [Hall], I hope they don't wrap things up nicely [whenever "Dexter" ends]. He said "Wouldn't it be funny if he walks, crosses the street and just gets hit by a bus?"
