Sunday TV Picks: AMC's new 'Hell on Wheels'
TV picks for Sunday, Nov. 6, include AMC's "Hell on Wheels" and "The Amazing Race."
Tonight in Prime Time
'Hell on Wheels'
What does AMC have up its sleeve for a new prime-time series? First there was the world of early 1960s advertising, then a New Mexico teacher turned drug lord, then zombies. Now we're given a western set in post-Civil War America that focuses on a Confederate soldier (Anson Mount) bent on revenge. You've got to at least give it a try. Series premiere, 10 p.m. Sunday on AMC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
