'Are You There, Chelsea?'

OK, let see if I've got this straight. Chelsea Handler, author and host of her very own late-night talk show ("Chelsea Lately"), has adapted her best-selling book about her life for television. Laura Prepon ("That '70s Show") plays the sitcom version of Chelsea, while Handler plays her own sister. Got that? Series premiere, 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on NBC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
