'Top Chef: Seattle'

The delicious culinary competition is back. This season host Padma Lakshmi; judges Gail Simmons, Emeril Lagasse and Tom Colicchio; and 15 new "cheftestants" are running loose in the Emerald City. Tonight's episode is called "A Shock at the Space Needle" and features Seattle chef Tom Douglas. Sounds like a big bowl of fun. 10 p.m. Wednesday on Bravo (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
