Last week on a talk show, Kyra Sedgwick strongly hinted that she may make a guest appearance on this L.A.-set police drama. Could it be on tonight’s “summer finale”? “Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls,” 9 p.m. (NBC): The four remaining teams must navigate the dangerous terrain on top of a glacier; Bear sends one team home.
