Wednesday TV Picks: ‘The Tomorrow People’ on The CW
TV picks for Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, include “The Tomorrow People” on The CW, “Nashville” on ABC and “American Horror Story: Coven” on FX.
Tonight in Prime Time
‘The Tomorrow People’
The CW describes the title characters in this new series as “humans with paranormal abilities.” For you and me, it’s just another slick, tech-heavy series about a misfit teen (who looks like a model) discovering superpowers and hidden family secrets while battling the forces of good and evil. Robbie Amell (cousin to the network’s “Arrow” star, Stephen) plays the teen, and what fun to see Mark Pellegrino (“Supernatural,” “Lost”) in full snarling, hissing, villain mode. 9 p.m. Wednesday on The CW (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
