On Sunday night, someone blew up a five-gallon cooler at the corner of Northeast 55th Street and 31st Avenue Northeast, according to Seattle police.
Police say the cooler was blown up with an unknown device, sending debris flying approximately 25 feet. No one was injured in the 10:15 p.m. explosion.
There were no witnesses, police said.
The blast was not far from another explosion on Saturday that destroyed a garbage can near the corner of Northeast 45th Street and 42nd Avenue Northeast.
