Bellevue woman, 43, killed in Pa. traffic accident

A 43-year-old Bellevue woman was struck and killed by a state dump truck Tuesday in Perry County, Pennsylvania, according to CBS 21 News, a network TV affiliate in Harrisburg, Pa.
Hui Satorius was riding in a 2001 Crown Victoria driven by her husband, Dale Satorius, when the driver of the dump truck made a U-turn and struck the car, the station reported, citing Pennsylvania state police. The accident occurred about 11 a.m. in the 3000 block of the Susquehanna Trail, a state highway in Duncannon, Pa.
In the back seat were two children, a 7-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. The girl was critically injured and was flown to Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pa., CBS 21 reported. The boy was not injured. The driver of the car suffered minor injuries, the TV station reported. All passengers were wearing seat belts.
The driver and a passenger of the dump truck were not injured. The crash is under investigation.
