To which island in the San Juans should you be able to fly for $69?

Kenmore Air, Seattle's small-plane airline specializing in seaplanes, is asking the public to vote on that question on Facebook in coming weeks, with offseason fares to the winning island to go on sale in early August for $69 each way.

The special rate is up to half off Kenmore's regular fares for the period offered.

"We rarely discount our plane tickets, but we thought this would be a great way to reward our customers," Todd Banks, CEO of Kenmore Air, said in a news release.

Voting starts Monday and ends July 29 on Kenmore Air's Facebook page, www.facebook.com/KenmoreAir. The public can vote for Lopez Island, Orcas Island or San Juan Island.

On Aug. 2-4, tickets to the winning island will go on sale, good for travel between Sept. 17, 2012, and March 14, 2013, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods.
