Spices perfume the air at this half-sibling to Vij's in Vancouver, B.C. The best plates flaunt flavors so deeply integrated and complex they are almost impossible to parse. Vegetarians have as many options as meat-eaters. The soothing blue-and-gold dining room has just enough elegance to soften its corporate feel. Service is both informative and fastidious.
