Restaurant | Burgers
Among Seattle's best burgers, the hand-formed Painted Hills ground-beef patties have a nice smoky grilled flavor. In addition to the build-your-own options, check their seven specialty burgers, including the Fig and Pig, layered with Boat Street pickled figs; Smoked Out, with a house-made chipotle sauce; the Trotter, with caramelized onions and apples topped with a house-made horseradish sauce; and the New Mexican, with Hatch Green Chiles and a special queso sauce. And don't forget the "Crack," which is a basket of French fries and a small cup of Molly Moon's milkshake to be used as a dipping sauce. Sweet and salty goodness.
