Don't come looking for phad Thai. Here you'll find the chili-stoked cuisine of Isan, in northeast Thailand. Dishes are boldly spiced but balanced, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients cooked with care. Among the many highlights: barbecue game hen, deep-fried pork ribs, grilled wild boar collar, massaman curry lamb and kao soi curry noodle soup. Cocktails and an engaging, conscientious staff add to the enjoyment.
