Travelers Thali House
This vegetarian joint on Capitol Hill moved to Beacon Hill three years ago, converting a house into a restaurant. The street food chaat, fried dough smothered in chutneys, tamarind and yogurt is a favorite. But the main course is the thali, a platter of small bowls, featuring chutneys and rotating vegetarian dishes that vary monthly by region.
