At Christmas time Pajacuarán is alive with weddings, feasts and street celebrations. Jose Mungía has come home from Toppenish to celebrate the wedding of his godson. The bride and groom sped off from the wedding in a green Mustang with white streamers on the door handles and Washington license plates. The godson has since come to live with the Mungías to work in this year's harvests. His new wife stayed in Mexico.
