Gordon Browning was named executive vice president and chief financial officer at Regal Financial Bank, Seattle.

Browning has also served as treasurer of Cascade Bank and chief financial officer for EvergreenBank and Northwest Business Bank.

He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Banking: Brent Langberg was named vice president and commercial-lending officer at Valley Bank's Kent office.

Communications: Laura Figueroa and Natalie Price were both promoted to senior vice president at Frause, Seattle.

Cruises: Sharon Honjiyo was named director, marketing communications at Holland America Line, Seattle.

Games: Keela Robison was named vice president of operations at GameHouse, Seattle.

Health care: Dr. Neeru Bakshi was hired by The Moore Center, Bellevue.

Insurance: Wendy Pyle joined Lovsted-Worthington, Seattle, as an account executive.

Law: Justin Sedell joined Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, Seattle. Barry Mesher and Brian Zeringer joined Sedgwick, Seattle.

Nonprofit: Ilene Stark was named executive director at Pike Market Child Care and Preschool, Seattle.

Public relations: Sierra Hansen was promoted to vice president, public affairs at The Fearey Group, Seattle.

Wine: Butch Milbrandt, Brenton Roy and Jim van Löben Sels were appointed to the Washington State Wine Commission, Seattle.
